Tenby Lifeboat recovers broken down vessel

Tenby Coastguard were tasked to spot and take details from a vessel broken down off Lydstep. The vessel had all relevant safety equipment and gave a 'pan pan' call on ch16. The engine had been recently serviced and seemed to be just bad luck.
